Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to adjust credit balances to correct errors or prevent abuse.

• Automatic renewal unless canceled

7. Payments and Refunds

All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment information.

Refund Policy: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our discretion for:

• Technical issues preventing service access
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Cancellations within 48 hours of initial purchase

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Services will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUGE ASTROLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Huge Astrology, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party

12. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except for:
