Community Rules

Treat all members with kindness and respect. Disagreements are okay, but personal attacks, harassment, and hate speech are not tolerated.
📚 Share Knowledge
Contribute meaningful content. Share your astrological insights, ask thoughtful questions, and help others learn.
🚫 No Spam or Self-Promotion
Excessive self-promotion, spam, or commercial content without value is not allowed. Share your expertise, not just your services.
⚠️ No Harmful Content
Content promoting violence, self-harm, illegal activities, or explicit material is strictly prohibited.
🔒 Respect Privacy
Do not share others' personal information without consent. Respect confidentiality in consultations and readings.
Our Moderation Process
Report Submitted
Community members can report content that violates our guidelines using the report button on any post or comment.
Initial Review (24 hours)
Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours. Urgent reports (threats, harassment) are prioritized and reviewed immediately.
Investigation
We review the reported content in context, check the user's history, and determine if guidelines were violated.
Action Taken
Based on severity and history, we may take one of the following actions:
- ⚠️ Warning: First-time minor violations receive a warning
- 🔇 Content Removal: Violating content is removed
- ⏸️ Temporary Suspension: 7-30 days for repeated violations
- 🚫 Permanent Ban: Severe or repeated violations result in permanent removal
Notification
Both the reporter and the reported user are notified of the outcome. Users can appeal decisions within 14 days.
Appeals Process
If you believe a moderation decision was made in error, you have the right to appeal:
- 1. Submit an appeal via email to [email protected] within 14 days
- 2. Include your username, the content in question, and why you believe the decision was incorrect
- 3. A different moderator will review your appeal within 7 days
- 4. You'll receive a final decision via email
✓ Verified Badge Explained
The verified badge (✓) indicates that we have confirmed the identity and credentials of this astrologer.
What Verification Means:
- Identity confirmed (government ID or professional credentials)
- Astrological credentials verified (certification or 5+ years experience)
- Background check completed
- Agrees to our professional code of conduct
Note: Verification confirms identity and credentials, but does not guarantee the quality or accuracy of readings. Always use your judgment when seeking astrological guidance.
